This Shipping Policy describes how Blackstone Grill (“Blackstone Grill”, “we”, “us”, “our”) handles shipping and delivery of products purchased through our website, mobile apps, or other sales channels.

Please read this policy carefully to understand how your order will be processed, fulfilled, and delivered. Contact us if you have any questions regarding our shipping practices.

Order Processing

We process orders Monday through Friday during normal business hours, excluding holidays. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major US holidays.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details and a receipt. Please check your confirmation email to ensure all information is correct. Contact us immediately if any information appears incorrect.

Processing times apply from order confirmation, not checkout date. Holidays and high order volumes may increase fulfillment lead times. Rush processing options are not available at this time.

Order Cancellations and Modifications

Shipping Methods

We utilize the following carriers to ship orders:

Shipping speed are estimates only, not a guarantee of delivery by a specific date. We are not liable for carrier delays due to weather, increased volumes, or other factors outside of our control.

FedEx/UPS Shipments

Small packages are shipped via FedEx or UPS with tracking numbers provided. Delivery time estimates:

Residential addresses may have an additional 1-2 day delivery time. Weekends, holidays, and inclement weather can impact delivery. Tracking numbers will be provided via email.

Signature is required on all griddle packages. Someone must be available to accept and sign for the package. FedEx and UPS do not deliver to P.O. boxes.

LTL Freight Shipments

Large griddle and accessory packages exceeding 150 lbs. are shipped via freight carriers on pallets. Deliveries are curbside with lift-gate service. Someone must be available to receive, unload, and inspect the shipment.

Estimated delivery time is 4-10+ business days depending on distance. Narrow delivery windows cannot be guaranteed. You will be contacted prior to delivery to schedule an arrival date and time.

LTL shipments only deliver on weekdays during daytime hours. Evening and weekend delivery is not available. LTL carriers do not delivery to P.O. boxes. The customer is responsible for unloading shipments from the truck.

Shipment Tracking

Tracking numbers will be provided for all shipments, which can be used to view delivery status on carrier websites. Please contact us if you do not receive a tracking number or are unable to track your package online.

Do not assume a shipment is lost if tracking information has not updated. Carriers only scan packages at certain points in transit. Your package may still be in transit despite no active tracking updates. Please allow sufficient time for deliveries before reporting missing shipments.

Loss or Damage

We take precautions to ensure shipments are securely packaged for safe transit. However, mishandling during transportation by carriers can result in damage. Thoroughly inspect shipments upon delivery before accepting and signing.

Note any visible damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt before signing and accept the shipment at your own discretion. Concealed damage must be reported to the carrier within 48 hours of delivery. Please contact us as well so we can initiate a claim.

Loss or damage claims are the responsibility of the carrier. We will help file claims and provide documentation. Claims must be made within 14 days to be eligible for refund or replacement. Significant shipping delays should also be promptly reported.

Undeliverable Packages

If an order is returned to us as undeliverable, we will attempt to contact the customer to provide updated shipping information. If we cannot obtain a corrected address, the order will be canceled and refunded, less original shipping costs.

Freight Forwarders and 3rd Party Drop Shipping

We do not ship to freight forwarders or 3rd party drop shipping services for residential orders. Such services often mask the final delivery address, create extra risk, complicate claims, and add delays. Contact us to discuss commercial order drop shipping.

Pickup/Will Call Orders

Local pickup from our facilities is not available at this time. All orders must be shipped to a valid address. However, Will Call pickup may be available for select events, which allows pickup during designated hours from our local warehouse. Availability varies by event and location.

Military APO/FPO Addresses

We ship to military APO/FPO addresses serviced by USPS. Due to customs restrictions, we cannot ship to overseas military boxes. We are not responsible for deliveries delayed or prohibited by customs.

Alaska and Hawaii Deliveries

We deliver to all states using normal shipping methods. Due to the remote destination, shipments to Alaska and Hawaii may have longer delivery estimates. Additional freight charges may apply.

International Shipping

We currently only ship products within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time. Contact us if you are interested in importing Blackstone products to distribute and sell in your country.

Shipping Rates and Fees

Standard Shipping Fees

Shipping fees apply to merchandise cost only, excluding taxes or other fees. Orders including gift cards do not count towards minimums.

Oversize Items

Additional freight fees apply when shipping oversize items exceeding 150 lbs., such as large griddles and bulk orders. This includes pallet/LTL shipping instead of standard ground. You will be contacted prior to fulfillment if these fees apply.

Expedited Shipping

Faster shipping like 2-Day and Next Day is available for an added fee at checkout. Expedited handling is not available.

Rural/Remote Areas

Additional fees may apply for shipments to rural or remote locations requiring special handling. You will be contacted if these charges apply.

Taxes and Import Duties

Taxes vary by state and local jurisdiction. Customers are responsible for sales tax based on the applicable state tax rate. Import duties and taxes may apply to international orders.
